Here is how you make Tuna Antipasti Salad:

In a medium-sized bowl, place the tuna, chickpeas, onion, red pepper, parsley, rosemary, capers, pepper, and salt. Pour 1/2 of the lemon juice and 1 Tbsp olive oil over the mixture and toss well. In a larger bowl, toss the lettuce with the remaining oil and lemon juice and divide it between two plate.
