Here is how you make Tuna Salad Stuffed Bell Peppers:

Preheat oven to 350. 1. Cut off the topps and remove the seeds of the 3 Bell peppers. Boil in a large sauce pan with enough water to cover the peppers completely for 5 minutes or until peppers are softened. Remove from water and stand up in a baking dish.2. Combine other ingredients, except for the American cheese single and the bread crumbs, into a medium mixing bolw. Stir all ingredients together until evenly mixed.3. Spoon all of the tuna mixture into the 3 Peppers. 4. Divide the one American cheese single into thirds and place on top of the tuna mixture in the pepper.5. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the cheese.6.
