Here is how you make Tuna Salad with lots of veggies:

Open can of tuna and rinse and drain. Dice spinach, green peppers, red peppers, onions, celery and tomatoes. make into small little pieces. Add 2 tsp mustard and about 1 tsp relish. I also add garlic powder to taste (optional). Mix with Mayo to taste about 3 TBSP Mayo (olive oil mayo). Makes 2 large servings. See Description for serving ideas.
