8 oz Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta shells (corn and quinoa pasta)
2 3.5oz cans tuna in water
2 oz goat cheese
1 medium onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
half and half (optional)
horseradish (optional)

unsalted butter (2 tbsp)
olive oil (1 tbsp)

Here is how you make Warm Tuna Salad:

Prepare pasta per label directions.Heat olive oil and butter in a saute pan over medium high heat.Add onions and peppers and cook until translucent and slightly soft. Reduce heat to low, add cream (any liquid would probably work, I wanted something creamier so used half and half), goat cheese, and horseradish (adds a bit of spice!).Add tuna and cooked pasta (don't rinse! and if you get some of the cooking liquid even better :-)).
