Here is how you make Salmon bagels:

Use a Zip N Steam bag and place fish in bag (can be frozen). drizzle olive oil on fish and add minced garlic, some dill, and the juice of one lemon. Zip bag and cook on high in microwave for 3 minutes (times will vary). Toast bagel while fish cooks. Spread 1/2 tbsp cream cheese on each half of the bagel. Add fish to bagel.
