3 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. italian style bread crumbs
1/4 c. walnuts or pecans, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. horseradish
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 (4 oz) salmon fillets
salt and pepper
lemon or lime, quartered (opt.)


How Do I Make Baklava Salmon?

Here is how you make Baklava Salmon:

Preheat oven to 400. Spray shallow pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl, blend olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic and horseradish, set aside. In another bowl mix together the breadcrumbs, nuts, and parsley. Place salmon fillets on pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and then brush with the honey mustard mixture; sprinkle tops with crumb mixture, if any remains pat on sides of salmon.
