1 can of Pink Salmon
Onions, 1 cup, chopped
Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp (dried can work)
Bread Crumbs, dry, 1 cup

How Do I Make Salmon Croquet?

Here is how you make Salmon Croquet:

In a bowl combine the can of pink salmon (make sure you debone it), 1 cup of chopped onions, 2tablespoons of chives, bread crumbs and egg. Mix together. Take a spoonful out and roll it into a ball, place on greased cookie sheet. This should make approximatly 12 balls, depending upon the size.I generally bake mine in the oven until they are golden brown. If you prefer them in the oven you need to bake them on 350 degree's and turn them after they have turned to your prefered golden brown and continue baking until the other side is golden brown.
