Here is how you make Maple Pecan Coconut Salmon (Low Sugar):

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, and mix in the maple syrup, Splenda, Pecans and Coconut. Bring to a boil, and remove from heat. Cool slightly, and transfer to a large bowl. Place the salmon in the bowl, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Spread enough of the marinade sauce to coat the bottom of the baking dish.
