Cut salmon fillet in to 1 inch squares and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add oil into large saut? pan over medium heat add salmon and garlic; saut? for 3 minutes. Combine mlk and margarine to make heavy cream and add; reduce heat to low, stir in salt, pepper, nutmeg and Parmesan cheese. Cook stirring constantly for 7-8 minutes or until sauce is thickened and salmon is cooked.In a large pot bring lightly salted water to boil.
