Here is how you make Grill Time Salmon:

I use a toaster oven. Coat the pan with cooking spray. Spray the top of the thawed/fresh filet. Cover the top of the Salmon with desired amount of seasoning ( I use at least 2 tsp's).Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes until fish flakes easily. Flip filet after about 15 minutes and coat other side with remaining seasoning.
