Place salmon steaks in a Ziplock bag with all ingredients and marinate for at least 1 hour, the longer the better, I always marinade overnight.Grill on BBQ on medium heat for 2-4 minutes each side, do not overcook salmon or it will be dry, a salmon steak this size would not need to cook more than 8 minutes on a BBQ.If you do not have a BBQ then place salmon steak in tin foil with small amount of marinade liquid and seal tin foil so it makes an air tight pouch to hold the salmon (or use parchment paper) and bake in oven at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JANNERS1980.
