In a large bowl, empty the can of salmon and pull it apart with a fork. Add egg, Old Bay, saltines, and lemon juice and mix well. Shape into 6 patties.To cook:heat a skillet sprayed with non stick cooking spray over medium heat. When the skillet is warm, add the patties. The patties will take about 10 to 15 minutes. Turn when beginning to brown and then cover the pan.
