1. Drain Salmon completely and pick out the small bones and place salmon into a medium size bowl.2. Add egg, milk, and flour and stir until blended well.3. Spray 12 inch skillet with butter flavored Pam. (1 second each spray) and turn the burner on medium-high. Allow skillet to heat up.4.
