Here is how you make Super Salmon Patties:

Drain and remove bones/skin (my preference) from salmon.Put in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, onions and crushed up crackers. Mix well.Heat oil in skillet. Form salmon mix into patties and fry in skillet about 3min each side or until golden brown.
