Place salmon on parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated 450F oven 8 minutes or until flesh flakes easily with a fork. Drizzle with mayple syrup.Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and peppers. Cook stirring, until tender, about 8 minutes. Drizzle with vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well. Divide greens in 2 and place on plate. Cover with halt the pepper/mushroom mixture. May want to drizzle additional balsamic over the salad portion.
