Combine all ingredients except salmon and pepper in a large bowl. Transfer salmon to a large plate. Add liquid mixture and marinate while heating skillet, for just a minute or two.Place salmon in heated skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, flipping only once. Remove salmon and place on a clean serving dish.Add peppers to the liquid left in the skillet. Saute just until fragrant or to your liking.
