1 chopped onion
1 chopped red bell pepper
2 cups sliced mushrooms

7 large eggs
3/4 cup dry skim milk powder

Here is how you make Crustless Smoked Salmon Quiche:

Saute the onion, pepper, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil about 6 minutes. Set aside and let cool. Break up the smoked salmon into pieces. Beat eggs with skim milk powder, and water. Mix eggs, cooled vegetables, parmesan, pepper and chives. Pour into pam sprayed baking dish. I used a 10 in glass pie plate.
