Here is how you make Teriaki Salmon:

Soak noodles in large bowl with water. Heat oil in large pan on medium heat. Add fish and season with ginger and garlic. Cook covered for about 3 minutes or longer depending on thickness of filet. Turn fish and add vinegar, wine, soy sauce and honey. Cover and cook another 5 or so minutes. Remove filets to plate and place drained noodles in sauce.
