Here is how you make Baked Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice 2 lemons in thin slices (will be used to make a bed of lemons for salmon fillets, needs to cover entire bottom of 13"x9" baking pan). Lay thawed fillets on bed of lemons and pat in 1 Tbsp of olive oil and salt & pepper to taste then squeeze juice from half of third lemon on top. Bake in oven for 15-25 mins, until salmon is dark pink on outside and light pink on inside and flakes with fork. While salmon is cooking, make sauce- Add whipping cream and sour cream in bowl and stir until evenly mixed, add shredded sprigs of dill and stir until thickens, add 1-2 Tbsp of lemon juice and refrigerate until ready to serve.
