Preheat oven to 425. Spray a large cookie sheet with pan spray. Lay the fish filets out on the cookie sheet. Cover with sliced mushrooms. In a large 4 cup measure, combine soup, chicken broth and yogurt. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with parmesan and seasoning of choice. We used a fish seasoning that had some lemon in it.
