Here is how you make Grilled Salmon w/Mustard Sauce:

Rinse fillets and pat dry. Spray/rub fillets w/butter spray or olive oil. Sprinkle w/Morton seasoning and paprika. Refrigerate until ready to grill. Prepare sauce by whisking together mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and basil. Set aside. Preheat grill on high. Prior to grilling salmon, remove fish from refrigerator and spray/squeeze lemon over fillets. Grill the fish for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Do not overcook. Spoon sauce over fish (or serve on the side) and serve immediately.
