Preheat your George Foreman Grill. Place your Salmon on the grill skin side up. While the Salmon is cooking take your jam and OJ and place in a jar with a lid. Shake well and cook in microwave for 1 mn. After Salmon has cooked for about 20 minutes, remove the skin and slowly pour your sauce over the meat (save some sauce for the table).
