How Do I Make Soy Sauce and Mustard Salmon Fillets?

Here is how you make Soy Sauce and Mustard Salmon Fillets:

Place the uncooked salmon patty on a broiler pan and turn oven broiler on high. Take the dijon mustard, and with a pastry brush, brush the entire top of filet. Next, drizzle soy sauce on top. Place oven rack as high as it can go (approx. 1 inch below broiler heating element). Keep an eye on the filet and it is done when the top turns a dark brown color and starts to sizzle, or about 10 minutes. It is a tasty, low calorie, good fat meal. The salmon will have a ton of flavor and a slightly crispy top. I serve with steamed broccoli or brown rice.Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MORRISONCMJR.
