Mix mayo, relish, chives, zest, salt and pepper, put in fridge. Rinse and peel shrimp, lay out on cutting board. Sprinkle shrimp with salt, pepper and oregano. Bring large pot of water to boil for asparagus. Blanch asparagus in water for 3 minutes, remove. Heat large skillet with 1 TB of olive oil, cook shrimp until done (about 3-5 min).
