3 Tbsp Move Over Butter
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 cup fat free half and half

Here is how you make Shrimp Rolls w/ Dijon Mustard Sauce:

Combine cream cheese, shrimp, jalapeno and garlic. Separate crescent rolls and place unrolled on a cookie sheet. Place 1/8 of mixture on wide end of each crescent roll. Bring narrow end up and over the mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.To make the sauce: Melt butter in a skillet, add flour. Mix in fat free half and half until sauce is right consistency. Add in dijon and mix well.
