Here is how you make Shrimp Sauce:

Melt butter in saute pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and garlic. Saute garlice for a minute. Add shrimp. Let cook for about 2 minutes, then stir and let cook another 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Add dill and Old Bay. Stir in. Then add half and half and four cheese blend.
