3 TBSP I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
2 TBSP lemon juice
1/4 C. white wine

Here is how you make Tilapia in Light Wine Sauce:

Makes 2 servings of Tilapia, 7 ounces each.Place 2 tsp of the flour and the seasoned salt in a bag. Place washed fish in the bag and shake to coat. Spray frying pan with PAM and 1 T. of the light margarine. Saute the fish on one side for 3 minutes. Place 1 T. of the margarine in the center of the skillet and flip the Tilapia over, shaking the skillet to distribute the margarine. Saute for 3 more minutes. Remove fish to a platter. Place 1 T. of the margarine and 1 tsp of flour in the skillet. Add the lemon juice and wine. Stir until bubbly. Spoon over the fish.
