2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage

DirectionsSeason both sides of the fish with salt and pepper. In a large pan over medium-high heat warm 1 tablespoon of the oil. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, until golden, about 1 minute.
