Here is how you make Tuna Sauce, Dairy Free:

Put the two tablespoons of flour, the 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast, the teaspoon of veggie broth seasoning powder and the water in a jar with a screw top lid and shake well. Set aside.Put the oil in a sauce pan. Add the celery, and onion. Saute for about 5 minutes or so until the celery and onion are as cooked as you wish. Shake the jar of water, flour, and yeast again until it is well combined that pour into the sauted veggies, stirring constantly. Sauce will boil and thicken. Add the pouch of tuna and stir well.Serve over rice, pasta, or 'riced' cauliflower. Serves 3. (Makes 2 cups - serving size is 2/3 cup)
