prepare alfredo sauce first. makes enough for 4-1/4 cup servingsDirections: Over low heat combine cream cheese and milk, stiring so cream cheese does not stick to pan.As cream cheese begins to melt, add in water and garlic.After cream cheese is melted, whisk in parmesan cheese until smooth.If mixture is too thick add the other 1/4 cup of water, a little at a time.SeafoodDirections:1. Preheat oven to 425*.2. Wash and dry tilapia filets, spread with 1 tbsp of olive oil and creole seasoning, to your taste.3. Place in oiled baking pan (use onother tablespoon), bake for 10 minutes, until just white.4. While fish is baking, toss cleaned shrimp in some of the creole seasoning.
