Olive Oil 1 10oz package of Trader Joe's Baby Bellas - sliced A sprinkle of Trader Joe's Romano Cheese on top of each plated serving 1 tsp salt in the water as pasta boils if desired How Do I Make Seafood (Less) Portly-fino?Here is how you make Seafood (Less) Portly-fino: Boil water (salted if you wish) ; add pasta and cook to al dente (approx. 5 to 5.5 minutes)While pasta boils, drain and rinse package of seafood blend.Pour pasta into strainerUsing same pasta pan, and high heat, put olive oil, garlic, Italian seasonings and seafood back on stove top; cook for approx 3 minutes until seafood loses some of its translucent quality.Drop burner temperature to low/medium Add mushrooms and white wine. Cook until all seafood becomes opaque, being careful not to cook long beyond this point or seafood will become rubbery.Put spaghetti back in the pot and stir into the liquids. Remove from heat.
