Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat egg whites and honey in a shallow bowl. Place the flour in a shallow dish. Pour all the cormeal and oat bran into a plastic baggie. First dredge the shrimp in the flour, then dip into the egg mixture, then shake in the baggie with the oat bran and cornmeal.Place the shrimp on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
