Tastefully Simple Fiesta Party Dip Mix (or other spicy southwest seasoning)
4 lo-carb wheat tortillas (such as Wrap-Itz)
1/2 c. (2 oz.) reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese (such as Kraft)
1/2 c. Your favorite Tastefully Simple salsa such as Cilantro and Olive or Corn, Black Bean Salsa, or other salsa


How Do I Make Shrimp Burritos?

Here is how you make Shrimp Burritos:

Heat olive oil in medium nonstick skillet. Add onion and saute for 3-5 minutes or until beginning to soften. Add shrimp and Tastefully Simple spices to taste (I just do 4-5 shakes of each jar). Cook until shrimp is opaque throughout, about 3-5 minutes, being careful not to overcook the shrimp.On each tortilla, place 2 tbsp. (1/2 oz.) cheese and 2 tbsp. salsa. Divide shrimp mixture evenly among tortillas; roll up. Enjoy!Makes 4 burritosAlso fantastic with fish!
