(orignal recipe was for a med-high grill)Arange shrimp in the middle of a large piece of tin foil. Top shrimp with cheese, corn, cilantro, and beans (add additional creole hereif using). Fold opposite ends of foil together, crimp to seal.Place packet on cookie sheet in oven. (if using grill, place on grill). The suggested grill time is 15 mins. It took 30 mins in the oven, I opened packet and stirred after 15). Serve over hot cooked rice (not included in nutritional guide).
