Add tomatoes and cook a few minutes till bubbly. Add fresh basil, oregano, and white wine. Add salt and pepper to taste.While tomatoes are simmering, remove shells from shrimp and de-vein. Cook shrimp in 1 T. olive oil just until they become opaque and slightly pink. Transfer shrimp and cooking juices to a 9" x 12" inch baking pan. Scatter red pepper and feta cheese on top of shrimp, then pour tomato mixture over top. Bake at 400 degrees, 10-15 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.
