3 T. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped
3 15-oz. cans diced tomatoes (low salt)
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
1 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
dried red pepper flakes to taste
10 oz. feta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. Barilla PLUS Angel Hair Pasta (or other pasta)


How Do I Make Greek Style Shrimp?

Here is how you make Greek Style Shrimp:

Heat 2 T. olive oil in pan, and sauté garlic one minute. Add tomatoes and cook a few minutes till bubbly. Add fresh basil, oregano, and white wine. Add salt and pepper to taste.While tomatoes are simmering, remove shells from shrimp and de-vein. Cook shrimp in 1 T. olive oil just until they become opaque and slightly pink. Transfer shrimp and cooking juices to a 9" x 12" inch baking pan. Scatter red pepper and feta cheese on top of shrimp, then pour tomato mixture over top.
