1 inch piece of a seeded jalepeno pepper minced (more or less to desired hotness)
2 Tbsp finely minced red onion
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp white wine vinegar
2 cloves of garlic minced

In a medium sized bowl place shrimp and squeeze 1 lime on and mix. Place in fridge while you prep the salad.Wisk together remaining limes juice, sour cream, garlic, jalepeno, 1/2 of the cilantro, vinegar, salt & pepper. Set aside.In a large bowl add cabbage, shredded carrot & onion. Mix then add shrimp then dressing. Once combined you can either top with remaining cilantro or mix in.
