Cornstarch, 1 Tbsp
Water, 1 cup (or juice from mushrooms and water chestnuts)
Cooked Shrimp, 6 oz (thawed)

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium burner. Add all the vegetables and the garlic and stir fry them for about five minutes. Stir in all the spices along with a half cup of water and bring to a simmer. Mix the cornstarch with the remaining water and stir it into the pan.
