Once butter is halfway melted add veggies. Cook for 3-4 min. Veggies should be slightly crunchy.Add shrimp, lemon pepper, salt and wine to veggie mix. Cook for 3-4 more min or until shrimp is heated through.Place rice into 4 individual bowls. Scoop shrimp and veggie mixture on top of rice. Squeeze a little lemon juice in each bowl.
