-Wash the dried shrimps for removing the salt from it and soak them in warm or boiled water for 1/2 hour for more softness. Drain the water before use. -Wash and chop onion, tomato, coriander leaves set aside seperately.- Later in a nonstick pan add 1 tbsp oil or less and add onions to it. Let them cook till light pink in colour.- Add tomatoes and saute them well. Later cover the lid and let be on slow flame till the tomatoes are soft and tender.-Add red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd, salt as reqd. saute for 2 to 3 minutes- Then add soaked shrimps and saute for 2 three minutes.
