1 cup Fresh Red Cabbage chopped
1 cup fresh Savoy Cabbage shreded
1.5 cups onions chopped
1 tbsp Mustard seeds
1 tbsp Turmeric
1 Hot Chili Pepper seeded and sliced
50 grams Butter

Preparing the Fish: Take the monkfish and season well with salt and pepper. Place it in a baking dish together with the lemon juice, chopped chili pepper and the olive oil. Leave to stand for 10mins. Cover with aluminum foil and then place in a hot oven for 15mins or until fish is cooked to your satisfaction. Preparing the Cabbage: While fish is cooking soften the onions with half the butter in a separate cooking pot. Add mustard seeds, chopped chili pepper and turmeric powder.
