How Do I Make Greek Spinach Frittata?

Here is how you make Greek Spinach Frittata:

1. Chop slice of onion and lightly saute in pan sprayed with cooking spray until soft.2. Chop spinach and add to onion in pan. Saute until wilted.3. Scramble eggs lightly, adding a couple of tablespoons of water and salt and pepper to taste. Add to mixture in the pan. Add 1/2 of the cheese to mixture.4. Cook on medium low without scrambling until bottom is lightly browned.5. Flip entire mixture to brown other side. Add remaining half of cheese to top of frittata and cover for 2 - 3 minutes.
