**makes 6 servings of 9 inch pie plate- Heat oven to 350- Cook onions and garlic in margarine, until onions are transparent, stir in spinach- Layer spinach mixture and cottage cheese in pie plate- Stir Bisquick, milk, egg product, lemon juice and pepper until blended, pour into pie place, sprinkle with half of parmesan cheese- Bake uncoverd 35 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
