2T Chopped garlic (or more if desired)
2 Eggs
8 oz. diced Firm Tofu
1 lb Shrimp, peeled & Devined
4T Sugar
4T Fish Sauce
8T White Vinegar
1T Paprika
Shredded Carrots
Chile Pepper to taste (Habanero)

How Do I Make Phad Thai?

Here is how you make Phad Thai:

Soak noodles in water for 30min. Heat oil, add Garlic and cook for 1 min. Add egg adn stir. Add prawns and tofu, stir. Add noodles; then season with sugar, fish sauce, vinegar, paprika and some of the peanuts. Toss and cook for 10 min until noodles are done. Add HAbanero pepper to taste. Add half of the bean sprouts, carrots and green onion. Remove from heat. Garnish with bean sprouts, cilantro, peanuts, lime and more habanero pepper.
