1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 - 1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped chocolate bell peppers
2-3 oz Riesling wine
1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
1 tbsp thyme
1 1/2 - 2 tbs dill weed
lemon juice
salt
1 cup brown rice (cooked)

Here is how you make Fall Tilapia:

Though it shows bell peppers twice, that is because they didn't have chocolate bell peppers listed.Heat in a pan on medium heat olive oilPut garlic, sliced or diced and onions in the pan and sweatThen add green and chocolate bell peppers. If you don't have chocolate, I would suggest red. I like the chocolate due to its full flavor. Before peppers are fully cooked add wine. I chose a Riesling because I wanted a sweeter flavor. If that is not something you like, I would use a drier and less sweet white wine.add herbs, chicken broth and some lemon juice. I used actually used chicken broth powder and used about 1/2 tsp (again, there wasn't that option when creating the recipe)Let this all mix together and then add the fish. Spoon the mixture over the fish and then add some more dill and salt on the top. Cover the pan for 5 -10 minutes (until fish is white and flaky). While fish is cooking, prepare brown rice.In a pasta bowl or plate put brown rice down as a base. Add as much of the mixture without the fish on top of the rice as you can.
