Here is how you make Crunchy Tofu Sicks:

Note: you don't have to use thawed tofu! I just like to freeze mine for an extra extra firm texture.Cut tofu into strips. Pour almond milk into a small bowl, and pour breading mixture onto a plate. Dip each tofu strip into the liquid, and then roll in vegan breading mixture to coat. Season with salt and pepper, and place in rows on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
