*1 small can of Del Monte Fresh Cut Sliced Beets, drained ? 1/2c (123g) Note: when you drain these, the weight of all of the beets in the can totals near 123g when the serving size on the label states that 123g/serving with 2 servings in the can. It must be adding the water weight into the serving size. I used the whole can drained as 1 serving in this recipe.

*2 Vlasic Kosher Dill Spears ? 1.5 servings (2 spears = 1.5 servings when 1 serving is 2/3 spear.) Weird.
