1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, drained
1/2 c sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Healthy Choice cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c skim milk
1/4 c lite mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbsp chopped pimiento

Here is how you make Tuna Broccoli Luncheon:

1.Combine almonds & butter in small glass dish.Microwave at med. power 3-4 minutes until toasted, stirring once. Careful not to overcook. Set aside.2. Put broccoli in 12x8" glass baking dish & microwave to thaw; then drain. Sprinkle tuna, mushrooms, water chestnuts and cheese evenly over top. Combine soup, milk, mayo & pimiento. Pour over tuna mixture. Sprinkle toasted almonds over top.3. Microwave, uncovered 8 minutes. Reduce to med. power for 6-8 minutes or until completely cooked.
