1 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
3 tbsp Cajun Seasoning or Old Elpaso Taco Seasoning
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
8 Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
8 Slices American Cheese
1 Large White or Red Onion
2 Large Tomatoes- or one can diced tomatoes
3 tbsp Light Honey Mustard Dressing
1 tbsp Mayonnaise


How Do I Make Cajun Tuna Burgers?

Here is how you make Cajun Tuna Burgers:

Combine Tuna, Eggs, Bread crumbs, Seasoning, Lemon Juice in a large bowl mix together with hands. Slice onions, dice tomatoes saute together in 1/2 tbsp of olive oil; set aside to cool. Form Tuna mixture into patties add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil to pan. Fry tuna patties on low heat until brown on the bottom then flip. While Patties cook in a small bowl mix honey mustard and mayo for sauce. Place patties on bun top with sauce, cheese, onions, and tomatoes...
