Here is how you make Chipotle Tuna Quesadilla:

Mix together tuna, beans, corn, and mayo. Heat tortilla over medium-low, flipping until each side is starting to crisp but not brown (tortilla starts to "bubble"). Turn heat down slightly, then sprinkle cheese over entire tortilla in pan. Distribute tuna mixture on one half of tortilla. Sprinkle Tapatio and BaconSalt to taste, then fold tortilla in half.
