1. Fry chopped up banana in margarine, until mushy.2. Add tuna (save juices from tin for the fish stock*) to the pan.3. Mix 1 tblsp curry powder with 1/4pt of fish stock (add water to juices from tin to make up)add to pan.4. Add approx 1 tblsp of flour, just enough to thicken.5.
